Kristen & Nate’s early summer wedding is a beacon of timeless class.
Their ceremony was held in a beautiful sanctuary where Kristen specified that she wanted wreaths to cover the windows on the doors at the back of the aisle to ensure Nate couldn’t see her until the doors opened. She wanted that moment to be perfect, and we loved her attention to the sweet little details that make a big impact. Lush arrangements of hydrangea, orchids, and roses hung from each pew and framed Kristen as she walked the aisle toward her groom.
Cocktail hour and reception were held at The Dunlavy, where guests were welcomed by a towering asymmetrical floral arch at the entrance to the patio. While this is not floral-related, it was one of our favorite details of the day. Kristen & Nate had the kitchen at The Dunlavy craft an absolutely insane charcuterie board. The photos of it are below; see for yourself. All of our delivery day staff was mesmerized while watching the kitchen staff move the board onto the patio. Hellooo, cheese wonderland.
The tables at the reception were lined with single-type vases of flowers– snapdragons, hyacinth, and roses–creating a french-inspired setting.
The last photo in this gallery, picturing Kristen & Nate sharing a private last dance before their grand exit, is one of our favorites of the year.
